Rooms
Located on a coral island the hotel houses four types of accommodation each type of room with distinguished differences. The 14 Land Bungalows are located in the garden area they consist of two rooms on a single storey structure. 28 Superior Rooms are in clusters of four; these rooms have an outlook of the magnificent Indian Ocean and are ideal to accommodate families and groups of vacationers to the Maldives. Bungalows at the hotel also comprise 46 beach chalets that are constructed as individual single storey buildings with the white sandy beach as the backyard outlined by gorgeous indigo waters. If guests desire to obtain an enhanced view of the Indian Ocean, the 24 Water Bungalows at Chaaya Reef Ellaidhoo offer a once in a life time experience.

The Superior Rooms and the Land Bungalows are decorated in mustards, oranges, beiges and teal with star fish motifs on the pillows, throw cushions and the curtain. While the Beach and Water Bungalows are decorated in blue, sea green and beige and highlighted with the bright coloured hand paintings of fish mounted on the walls.

All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with a mini bar, safety deposit box, Cable TV, telephone with IDD, en-suite bathrooms, hot and cold water and tea/coffee making facilities.
