Chaaya Village Habarana offers Habarana accommodation with 108 elegantly furnished rooms that are available for guests to choose from. These rooms are categorized into three types; two Suites, 12 Deluxe Rooms and 94 Superior Rooms.

The two Suites, named Kingfisher and Eagle Lodge are furnished with a plush king sized bed, and the spacious sitting areas are tastefully furnished. The Deluxe Rooms open out to spectacular views of the garden and the lake. Rooms have been built to epitomise rustic barefoot-type elegance with cut cement flooring, four-poster beds, open-air shower, and handloom quilts and rugs. The Superior Rooms are furnished with an ultra comfortable queen sized bed, a well stocked mini bar, Cable TV, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries. All rooms are colour washed using off whites and highlighted with mustards, oranges, maroons, mauve and fuchsia. The furniture takes a deep shade of mahogany complementing the bright tones of the bead spreads and throw pillows.
